What we collect

Our polls ("Schnellumfrage", "Meinungsumfrage")
These polls are completely anonymous. No personal identifiable information is
collected and no name, email address etc. is
needed in order to participate.
eGreeties (eCards)
Name and email address of
sender and recipient will be electronically stored in a
database in order to perform the 'eGreeties'
functionality. These information will be used solely for the
'eGreeties' purpose and no other purpose, that means not
for marketing purposes etc.. See also "Sharing of
information". eGreeties which could not be delivered to the
given recipient, i.e. due to an errorneous email address or due to technical problems on the
recipients mail server etc., and which return to our mail server will be
automatically transferred to a 'garbage section' where they will be destroyed - no notification will be given to the
sender. For maintain purposes we reserve the right to delete eGreeties in our database
- after 30 days (to regain storage) when they are not picked up
- after picking up eGreeties through the recipient
That helps us to regain storage.
Newsletter subscription / Member Registration
In case we offer a newsletter, we'll store the information that you specifically and voluntarily provide for the given purpose.
In order to subscribe to a newsletter you have to complete a
member registration process. Optional and mandatory input fields are marked
accordingly. The member registration gives the subscriber the
opportunity to specify fields of interests and to provide other
information, e.g. regarding age group, country of residency etc..
Contests
Occasionally we offer the opportunity to participate in a contest. The information requested in order to process your participation may include personal information such as name, address etc..
